We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Exceptions: In the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged product, please share an unboxing/opening video with us within 24 hours of delivery. After reviewing the video, we will consider the request and provide a suitable resolution.

Storage & Care

Avoid spraying perfume or using harsh detergents; dry clean only. Use silica gel or neem leaves to prevent moisture or insects, and never iron directly on zari.
